Since one of my favourite breakfast is sausage roll, I would like to show you how to make a perfectly sausage roll. This is my mum`s recipe and i use it when i`m alone too. It is so simple and easy. It just take a few steps, and you will remember it so easily.
Firstly, we need to "lenyek" each of the bread. We need to this to make the bread not oily when we fry it. After this, take a few egg and stir it. Now we need to coat the bread with the stir egg that we did early. You need to coat the bread perfectly so ur sausage roll will looks nice. Then take the coated bread and shape it with a sausage perfectly. Then fastly put it in the hot oil / oven and wait for few minutes until the sausage roll turn golden and you can take it out. And now time to enjoy your meal!
